ADMISSION AND REGISTRATION
Step 1: Fill out the admissions application form and send the documents.
Complete the application form for new admissions. Admissions application form (link to the form).
Send to Whatsapp 6833-5109 or mail admisiones@pca.edu.pa the form and the following documents in pdf format:

• Youth ID.

• Report cards 1st to the level in which he/she is studying.

• Identity cards of parents.

• Vaccination card.

• Letter in good standing from the school of origin.

Step 2:

Make an appointment to visit the facilities.
Once the application is submitted, you will receive an email or whatsapp message to schedule an appointment to visit our facilities. The schedule for the visit is Monday through Friday from 3:45 pm to 4:30 pm.

Step 3:

Schedule the appointment for the admission test and the interview with parents.
If we have space available at the level in which you requested a place, we will schedule an appointment for the admission test (academic and psychological) and the interview with parents and/or guardians.
The cost of the test is $50.00.

Step 4:

Delivery of the admission test results.
You will receive the results of the admission test, either by e-mail or through meetings with our Psychopedagogical Guidance Department.

Step 5:

Enrollment process.
Once the admission is accepted, the corresponding payment can be made for enrollment, signing of the educational service contract and delivery of the physical documents:
 

• ​​Juvenile ID card.

• 2 passport photos.

• Copies of identity card of parents and / or guardians.

• Application form.

• Copy of vaccination card.

• Laboratory tests: blood, stool, urine and blood typing.

• Certificate of good health.

• Report cards from 1st to the level in which the student studied.

• Official credits. Note of Convalidation of Meduca in case of being a foreign student.

• Letter of good conduct.

• Letter of good standing from the school of origin.

It is important to note that our quotas are quite limited. Therefore, once we receive the application form for new students, we will verify availability. In case of availability, we will schedule an appointment for the admission test and the interview with the parents. We are unable to guarantee the number of places, so we thank you for your understanding.
